DewDrop Academy

DewDrop Academy is a special education consulting service with a heart for educators and students. Our mission is to partner with districts to support their staff, not only with resources and training to write compliant IEPs (though that’s essential), but with the tools to truly serve students with disabilities in a way that builds their confidence, capacity, and future success as citizens.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all PowerPoints. We work side-by-side with educators and directors, providing coaching, modeling, and tailored solutions that match the district’s real-world challenges. What sets DewDrop Academy apart is that we serve communities we know. We understand the students, families, and challenges districts like yours face every day. That familiarity allows us to provide a personalized, culturally responsive experience that is backed by evidence-based practices that lead to real results in every classroom. At DewDrop, we pride ourselves on operating in excellence, being reliable, and authentic with our methods and approach.

Our goal isn’t to stay forever but to build internal confidence and compliance so your staff can continue the work with clarity and purpose.

Our Services

Unlike many consulting firms, we’ve actually taught in high-needs classrooms that range from self-contained SCD settings to alternative schools and juvenile justice programs. We understand what it’s like to serve students who require intensive support and creative solutions.

At DewDrop, our consulting solutions are detailed, specific, and designed to align with your district’s priorities, ensuring meaningful impact for both staff and students.
